National Auto Parts has been supplying high-quality Single-Mass Flywheel (SMF) clutch kits to the automotive aftermarket since 2007.
Prototyping 2005 - 2006
Billet flywheels made at our Nottingham facility. Extensive vehicle trials were carried out as proof of concept.

2007 launch
After the prototyping and proof period, the first two to launch were the Mk6 Transit 2.4 TD, and the VAG 1.9 TD.
Sales to date of these two kits have exceeded hundreds of thousands of units.
First to market
The ability to offer products that are new to the aftermarket is an important aspect of National’s development program, and is often customer-led. All of these SMF clutch kits were introduced to the market first by the team here at National Auto Parts and MJAllen Automotive through extensive customer-focussed development.
